Bryce has followed up with us after the purchase, these newer cars have lots of different features our trade in didn't have. He's a patient and great teacher. We purchase a 2016 Tucson, after it developed an issue with the air bag light, we were assured that the issue was under warranty - after 6 visits we were informed they needed $3000 to fix the electrical harness. YOUR company ripped us off!!!
AMAZING SERVICE! Joey Vuylsteke was by far the best sales man we have ever hard! so personable wasn't pushy at all, handled all of our last min thoughts and choices to see a few other cars before locking in the deal! Gave me his opinions ( which I LOVED) and hung with us even after 6 so we could clean out our trade in! They are negative 5 stars. Stay away and don’t even bother doing business with this terrible dealership. They are scamming pieces of xxxx that will lie and lead you on just to attain your information to try and sell you over priced lemons of a car. They recently promoted a scam monopoly flyer sent out through the mail to deceive you just to bring you in. Don’t give them any information because they will sell it to a third party.

My recent purchase of a 2023 Sonata Hybrid was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Besides the courteous sales and finance people, the price was less than what another dealer was advertising...by a lot, the loan rate was the lowest in town, and I got the car that I wanted. Vehicle had to be special brder but got vehicle much faster than expected. Tim, the salesman was very knowledgeable on the product.

I was assured that a thousand dollar deposit would hold a vehicle for two days until I could make the three hour drive to Bend to test it. I was assured that if I wanted to purchase the vehicle, that money would go toward the purchase price. Just before signing contracts we were suddenly told the price was wrong because there was a mix-up and they figured the wrong vehicle which was less expensive than the one we were purchasing. We were also promised 0% financing and a delayed first payment repeatedly during negotiations. When we went in to sign the papers we found we were being charged 4.19% interest. Warranty Scam. Troy finance manager lied and stated we need a warranty in order to get loan approved through OCCU, I called Oregon CREDIT UNION. They stated this is a LIE!!!!

The most friendly service we have experienced when going to a car dealer. Char was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car, was willing to answer all of our questions and worked so hard to make sure we were comfortable with the pricing of our payments. Two hours of bad service. Did not leave feeling like my needs would have been met. Manager tried to strong arm into purchase like a bad sitcom. when the salesman found out that our spending limit wasn't $50,000+ he passed us off to a creepier guy that did not listen to what was being said, just kept pushing the same car over and over and over; for two hours. did not like feeling trapped. The fellow I worked with in finding the car for me was Sam! He was very vulgar and down grading towards what I wanted and in a sense I felt belittled to say the least. I will never return to Hyundai while he still works there!!
The salesman and the General Manager both agreed with me to a specific deal for a new 2017 Sonata. But when push came to shove (about 2 hours later!) they renigged and said they couldn't sell me the car I wanted. Wonderful! Can't trust Team Hyundai of Bend to be held to their promises. Very frustrating. Best to shop somewhere else!
